Golden Age Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, Guthrie
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Full Time - Nights
The CNA performs routine tasks under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and the Director of Nursing. The CNA will assist in providing total nursing care of the residents of the facility. The main scope of the nurse aide will be to provide continuity of care and delivery of consistent and high quality care.
Requirements:
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification (training provided if not certified)
- Ability to follow instructions of established routines
- Basic understanding of infection control protocol
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Full Time - Day
The CMA will assist in providing total nursing care to the residents of the facility. The CMA administers physician-ordered medications and treatments to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse. The main scope of this position is to provide continuity of care and delivery of consistent and high quality care.
Requirements:
- Current Oklahoma CMA certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions of established routines
- Basic understanding of infection control protocol
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check

The LPN is a Professional Nurse who is responsible for providing resident care and nursing services for physically ill residents in a long term care facility. LPNs provide general oversight of resident safety. They may assist in assigning resident care to CMAs and CNAs and supervise completion of such assignments. They will perform nursing duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check

The LPN is a Professional Nurse who is responsible for providing resident care and nursing services for physically ill residents in a long term care facility. LPNs provide general oversight of resident safety. They may assist in assigning resident care to CMAs and CNAs and supervise completion of such assignments. Cook - Full Time - Evening
Cooks are responsible for preparing food and meals for residents, staff and guests. Our dining areas are café style. Residents order from a menu. Cooks maintain the kitchen in a sanitary condition. Cooks also provide guidance to dietary aides and dishwashers to ensure regulations of food safety and sanitation are properly followed.
Requirements:
- Short-order cook experience is helpful
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
Dietary Aide - Full Time - Variable
Our kitchen is set up to serve our residents in a cafe'-style setting. Dietary aides serve as hosts/hostesses not only in preparation of food, but in serving the food to provide a pleasant, efficient and courteous dining experience to residents, guests and staff. Dietary staff follow regulations of food safety and sanitation.
